This tea is created to aid in the support of reflux relief and tummy upset.  This soothing blend, contains no caffeine so it's a great one for before or after meals and at the end of the day. 

Directions:  Steep 1 tsp. for 3 minutes and then enjoy.  You can steep this tea two times before discarding.
